Taking care of your skin

The skin being the largest organ of the body, also reflects on the overall appearance of oneself and other people seeing yourself. There’s an old saying that sounds like this, “no women is ugly in this world, only the lazy one does”. It simply means we have to take good care of our skin, regardless of how old are we.
There are few simple yet very truth of taking care of our skin internally and externally.

First, drink at least eight cups of water to cleanse our body daily. This is an old saying but what is common sense does not mean common practice. We are what we eat, drink plenty of water is a simple way to detoxin our bodies and help us to grow a healthy skin.

Second, do always apply the sun block on your skin, especially when you are out under the Sun. Understand that the Sun has the dangerous UV light, at the same time provide the important Vitamin D to our body.
